Shipping Info
All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in the United States. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are usually packed the same day.
Delivery options and times

Delivery times are counted from the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse, not from the moment you place the order. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes for overnight orders.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also follow it from your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to show the first scan.
Missing or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for more than three business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost we replace it at no cost to you.
Incorrect address
We ship to the address exactly as you enter it. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately – we can change the address as long as the order has not been packed. Once a parcel is in the carrier network we cannot redirect it.
Duties and taxes
Prices shown include applicable sales tax for US destinations. There are no additional customs charges for orders shipped inside the United States.
