Before you write
- Include your order number (it starts with a hash and is in your confirmation email) so we can look things up straight away.

Order status
You can check where your parcel is at any time from your account: Order Status. Tracking is added to your order as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, usually within 24 hours of dispatch.
